Mission Painters provides a three-year warranty on all painting services performed to give you peace of mind. The warranty covers any peeling, bubbling, cracking or splitting due to improper prep or improper application of the materials. If an issue arises on a project due to improper prep or application, a member of the Mission Painters team will return to repair and touch up the problem area. This warranty is valid for three years after the completion date of any Mission Painters project. This warranty excludes, and in no event will Mission Painters be responsible for consequential or incidental damages caused by accident or abuse, normal wear and tear, temperature changes, settlement or moisture; i.e., nail pops or cracks caused by expansion and/or contraction. Additional exclusions: Painted or stained horizontal walking surfaces (i.e. decks, floors, and steps), dirt and mildew accumulation. Paint failure due to rotted wood, structural defects, moisture intrusion, failure of previous paint coatings and insect infestation.
Mission Painters provides a satisfaction guarantee with a 1 year limited warranty on all soft washing and pressure washing services. Our Stay Clean 1 year limited warranty applies to Jobs of $250 or more and guarantees that is any organic material such as black algae or mildew visually returns to previously treated brick, stucco, stone or wood siding surfaces of your house, or any treated concrete flat surfaces within 12 months of initial treatment, we will come out and retreat affected area(s) at no additional cost to you. Exclusions: This warranty does not include insect nests, bird droppings, tree tannin, pollen, sap (or any other organic material from near by trees or sprinklers, etc.) Windows or non- organic statins or discolorations such as oil, rust, soot, paint, oxidation, or any other stain or discoloration that is not naturally occurring in nature. In addition; tree tannin, pollen, and sap deposited from nearby plants and trees from leaves, buds, stems, fruits, and seeds (acorns) is not covered under this warranty. These are stains that no pretreatment can control. Therefore any retreating for these areas will be billed as new treatments.
