We’re seeking skilled and reliable crew members to join our established residential remodeling and repair business. We’re looking for people who combines technical skills with strong interpersonal abilities to become a valuable long-term team member.
• Execute carpentry projects including trim work and finish carpentry
• Execute professional-grade interior and exterior painting
• Perform drywall repairs and installations
• Apply and finish drywall mud with precision
• Complete texture matching and applications
• Prepare surfaces properly for painting
• Handle wallpaper removal and wall preparation
• Apply stains and finishes to various surfaces
• Plaster repairs and finishing
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow safety protocols and proper tool-handling procedures
1099 Independent Contractor initially
Opportunity for W-2 employment after 1-yr probationary period
Full-time position (40 hours/week)
Previous carpentry or construction experience
Basic knowledge of other trades (plumbing, painting)
Experience with finish carpentry
Safety certification

3+ years experience painting & drywall
Basic carpentry and construction knowledge
